We require 14 business days to ship your Oder , this does not include weekends or holidays.  All of our orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.  As a courtesy, multiple orders placed within 24 hours will be combined for shipping, and overages will be refunded. 

We are not offering refunds at this time. If you are having an issue with your order, we will do everything in our power to fix it and resolve the issue.
